The enterprise consists of:

The personnel of the enterprise includes highly qualified engineers and experts having 10-30-year experi-ence in design, redesign, mounting, repair, adjustment and start-up of the heat-and-power equipment in the field of thermal power, ferrous metallurgy and other industries, including objects both inside the country and abroad.
We carry out:
· researching, designing, manufacturing, erection, starting-up and adjusting, experimental and adjusting works on main and auxiliary fuel-using, heat-and-power equipment, industrial furnaces, steam and hot-water boilers, waste-heat boilers, industrial steam and water-heating boiler-houses, heating systems, on gas supply, thermal processing of industrial and household waste, heat-and-power and technological process automation, ecological subjects for heat-and-power and fuel-using equipment of any industry, including ferrous metallurgy, thermal power, petroleum chemistry, sugar-mills, oil-extraction plants, public utilities;
· works on decrease and monitoring of harmful substances’ level;
· examination of design plans and specifications, production forms and records, comprehensive tests in order to make a certification of heat-and-power equipment;
· prime contractor’s works on a complex of researching, designing works, equipment supply, manufac-turing, mounting, starting-up, adjusting, experimental, ecological and certifying works on fuel-using and heat-and-power equipment.
The “Kotloenergoproject” Stock Co has all permissions and license on execution of mentioned special kinds of works.
The “Kotloenergoproject” Stock Co has experience in redesign and adjustment of existing equipment, in a new power and technological equipment creation, including:
1. Executing the whole scope of works of new boiler houses building, including design, boilers supply, com-plete set with auxiliary equipment, mounting, testing and commissioning.
2. Multifuel boilers of steam capacity up to 220 t/h equipped with 1-2 multifuel burners (2-5 kinds of fuel – natural gas, fuel oil, coal dust, blast-furnace gas, coke-oven gas, producer gas).
Ё maintenance simplification and reliability increase;
Ё superheated steam temperature stabilization (self-control);
Ё nitrogen oxide decrease by 30-40 %;
Ё boiler efficiency increase by 2 %;
3. Redesign of existing and designing of new boilers for burning high-sulphur fuel (fuel oil, non-cleaned coke-oven gas).
Ё overhaul period increase;
Ё sulphur-acid attack decrease;
Ё prevention of heat transfer surface blocking up by a deposit;
4. Redesign of existing and design of new converter gas cooling boilers (CGCB) steam and water heating with new designs:
Ё installation of radiation screens in the uptake ducts and supply of overwind into space between the screens;
Ё installation of transversely washed convective screens in the downtake gas ducts;
Ё installation of the grouped shoke washers of large diameter instead of individual small ones in the evaporat-ing convective surfaces;
Ё installation of screen festoon.
5. Redesign of existing and design of new steam drumless boilers with natural circulation.
Ё liquidation of riveted drums;
Ё possibility of operation on feed water with salt content up to 2500 mg/kg;
Ё fast start-up and shut-down;
Ё all boiler elements can be manufactured by specialized mounting or repair enterprises.
6. Redesign of existing and designing of new boilers for hull burning (sunflower and buckwheat) and raw waste lumber (sawdust, bark, etc.), mounting, starting-up and adjusting works.
Ё effective hull burning without slagging of heat transfer surfaces;
Ё pneumatic transport of hull;
Ё effective use of sawdust and raw waste lumber as a fuel;
7. Redesign of coke dry cooling plant (CDCP) units with organization of lockless non-stop coke unloading.

8. Automation of CDCP units with a superheated steam temperature control.
Ё a superheated vapour temperature stabilization when CDCP load changes;

9. Change-over of CDCP boilers on natural-circulation operation.
Ё liquidation of circulating pumps;
Ё maintenance simplification and boiler operation reliability increase;
10. Designing, complete supply, start-up and adjustment of plants for coal dust injection into blast-furnaces.
Ё natural gas and fuel oil reduction when melting;
Ё possibility of non-baking rank of coal use for blast-furnace;

11. Boiler redesigning with ecological characteristics improving and increase of efficiency and operation reli-ability.
